Extra Care
Helping people remain independent in their own homes by providing care and support designed to meet their needs.
Our Offer
Our teams of dedicated care workers provide an individualised, friendly, 24-hour personal care service to older people living in Oldham’s six Housing 21 Extra Care schemes.
Through our care, people are supported to gain confidence and improve their health and wellbeing, preventing admissions into long-term residential care or hospital. The six schemes in which we are based are Aster House (Oldham), Charles Morris House (Failsworth), Hopwood Court (Shaw), Old Mill House (Grotton), Tandle View Court (Royton) and Trinity House (Coldhurst). Our service is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and was last rated as ‘Good’ in all areas.
Our support
