Supported Living
Round the clock, bespoke support for people with a learning and/or physical disability and enduring mental health problems
Our Offer
Our multiple on-site Supported Living teams provide 24-hour support in a variety of locations across Oldham, with an offer of bespoke packages to people either in a small, shared home or a larger property where residents live within self-contained accommodation.
We work with individuals in a person-centred way, enabling them to maintain a safe and healthy lifestyle.
