Our Services
We deliver person-centred care and support to over 5000 people who have a variety of needs and aspirations. Through the services we provide, we enable people to live the life they want to – how, when and where it suits them. Our teams support people who are older and frail, have a learning, physical, or sensory disability, and/or a long term health condition.
Helpline and Response
Providing assurance, help and support to people and their families 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
Community Reablement
Active support to help people regain independence within their own home.
Residential Reablement
Supporting people to regain their independence with a short period of round-the-clock care at Medlock Court.
